In a new re-election campaign video, “squad” member and lawmaker Ilhan Omar uses footage of President Trump’s attacks on her and positions herself as his foil.

In one section of the video, Omar uses a clip of herself saying “When I said I was the hope of the United States it’s because I embody what that hope should look like.”

Omar tweeted along with the video ” Send me back to Congress so I can keep fighting for the America we deserve — one where healthcare, stable housing, and education are human rights in the eyes of the law.”

She then used the hashtag #SendHerBacktoCongress, a reference to Trump’s attack on her and the other “squad” members.
