Tom Cotton Drops Hammer, Announces Zero Tolerance Plan To End Looting Tonight

by J.C McCallum

“From the Insurrection Act to the Explosives Act to the Riot Act, they can be used to stop this anarchy,” Senator Tom Cotton said as he called for an end to the riots tonight.

“I welcome the quick action by local authorities and the Department of Justice to investigate to get the facts and to do justice for George Floyd in accordance with the law and we always respect the rights of peaceful protesters,” Cotton said.

“What the president can do is say that justice will be done in accordance with the law for George Floyd,” Cotton said.

“If local law enforcement is overwhelmed, if local politicians will not do their most basic job to protect our citizens, let’s see how these anarchists respond to the 101st Airborne that is on the other side of the street.”

He added on Twitter:

“Anarchy, rioting, and looting needs to end tonight.“

“If local law enforcement is overwhelmed and needs backup, let’s see how tough these Antifa terrorists are when they’re facing off with the 101st Airborne Division.”

“We need to have zero tolerance for this destruction.”

“George Floyd deserves justice. And our First Amendment protects peaceful protests of his wrongful death. But this violence isn’t protest: it’s domestic terrorism,” he added.
