REPORT: Hunter Biden’s firm received $3.5M from the richest woman in Russia

by Paul Goldberg

The newly-released Senate report on Hunter Biden reveals the son of Joe Biden received a $3.5 million dollar wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the richest woman in Russia.

The 87 report references the payment to Biden’s investment firm that took place in early 2014.

The report indicated that Baturina, the widow of Yury Luzhkov, the former mayor of Moscow had a “financial relationship” with Biden but did not go into detail on why the wire transfer took place.

“Baturina became Russia’s only female billionaire when her plastics company, Inteko, received a series of Moscow municipal contracts while her husband was mayor,” the report says.

According to Breitbart “At the time of the transfer, Baturina, a well-known construction magnate, was living in the United Kingdom with her late husband Yuri Luzhkov, a onetime mayor of Moscow. Baturina and her husband immigrated to Great Britain in 2011 after Luzhkov was dismissed from public office by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as part of a public corruption probe. The former mayor, in particular, was accused of using his office to approve more than 20 real estate projects linked to Baturina’s business interests, according to the Homeland Security Committee.”
