Liberal Supreme Court justices notoriously go along with the wishes of the Democratic Party without fail.
But Republican appointees are far less reliable.
Now Justice Brett Kavanaugh stabbed conservatives in the back with one infuriating ruling.
The Supreme Court struck down Joe Biden’s unconstitutional mandate that required employers to coerce their employees to get the COVID vaccine.
The court voted on ideological lines 6-3 to strike down the Biden administration’s inane proposal to use OSHA to enforce vaccines.
However, Chief Justice John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh sided with the liberals on the court to uphold the Biden administration’s mandate for healthcare workers.
Tucker Carlson called Kavanaugh a “cringing little liberal” for voting with the leftists who want to give the federal government the power to enforce medical procedures.

Republican-appointed justices often turn out to be disappointments; Chief Justice Roberts routinely votes with the Left on landmark cases, and Kavanaugh is off to a disappointing start.
Some Republicans are already having buyer’s remorse after rallying around Kavanaugh when Democrats shamefully assassinated his character in 2018.
It was disappointing to see Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh join the Court’s liberals to uphold a mandate that targets health care workers.
America’s businesses should forget these mandates faster than Joe Biden forgets his daily schedule. (2/2)

If Donald Trump had not won in 2016, Hillary Clinton would have been able to appoint three justices, and the OSHA mandate would have been allowed to move forward.
That’s how close the country was to full-scale medical tyranny.
