Arizona joins 17 other states in Texas AG’s SCOTUS lawsuit against four battleground states

Arizona has now joined 17 other states in Texas AG Ken Paxton’s SCOTUS lawsuit against 4 battleground states – Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Georgia.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a separate brief in support of the case.

He wrote “Today, led by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, 17 states filed an amicus brief in support of @TXAG’s election lawsuit, which was filed yesterday. ”

The 18 states now backing the lawsuit are now:

Arizona
Utah
Montana
Alabama
North Dakota
South Dakota
Nebraska
Kansas
Oklahoma
Texas
Arkansas
Louisiana
Missouri
Alabama
Florida
South Carolina
Tennessee

President Trump has asked Ted Cruz to argue a Texas case seeking to overturn the election if the Supreme Court agrees to hear it.

Ken Paxton discussed his case while appearing on Fox News.
